Want to know more about me ?
My approach balances empathy with evidence, warmth with structure. Over the years, I’ve worked across the mental health spectrum — guiding teenagers through the maze of puberty, conducting assessments for children and adults, supporting individuals in therapy, and designing training programs for those who support others.
As an eclectic therapist, I draw from multiple approaches, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the person sitting across from me. Whether it’s helping a child uncover their strengths, walking with an adult through their emotional struggles, or mentoring other professionals, my goal remains the same — to create a space that feels safe, reflective, and transformative.
I started The Inner Vichaar as a space where therapy, assessments, and training come together with one goal — making mental health accessible, practical, and yes, even a little less intimidating. Today, the work spans therapy for adults and children, clinical assessments, workshops for students, parents, and corporates, and specialized training courses for counselors and psychologists.
